i was hoping this was affordable? over 500 dollars is not affordable to me, I am new at wigs on a budget do you have any other recommendations? I have some medical issues that caused hair loss in the last year and I would like to get a nice wig but I cannot afford alot. I love your videos

Their “stock” wigs are great! The fully custom was horrible, in my experience. The wig came too small, with the wig only coming down equal to the top of my ears, despite sending my measurements. They made me send my measurements with pictures several times, including the last measurementsbeing done by a professional. After about 3 weeks of back and forth emails, they finally agreed to take it back to increase the size to their cap size small, which fits me perfectly in their stock wigs, at my expense. I waited another 3 months for the “fixed” size. They added more lace and hair along the bottom of the wig, but they didn’t extend the inside covering all the way down to the nape, (I paid for the full lace option), it added a couple of inches to the circumference making it entirely too big, nor did they move the comb lower to the nape either. I’m sure there’s a way for me to do that on my own, however after paying almost $1200, I think that should’ve been done when they added more lace and hair. I honestly think it was a passive aggressive move on their part considering they were highly offended when I let them know that it didn’t fit. Also, I sent pictures of the color I wanted and expected it to not be 100% the same, but it wasn’t even close to what I requested. So, I’m out almost $1200 because I haven’t been able to sell it for $300 less than what I paid. It’s so unfortunate because I absolutely LOVE the stock wigs I bought from them. I financially can’t swing a HH wig from the more expensive places, and other discounted HH wig companies petite caps are always too loose on me, so I thought I had won the HH wig lottery with Wigshe. While I would love to purchase another in stock wig from them, their customer service and repair work on my fully custom piece, makes me not want to spend my hard earned, forever saved up money with them. So, if you do choose to purchase with them, be forewarned about their fully customized option.
I purchased a GARDEAUX brand lace. I believe it’s spelled that way. But I absolutely love it. Sometimes they have sales. I think I got mine for 750 because it was one someone sent back. Highly try. Great video
